Tandheugel en tandwiel
Omschrijving
Tandheugels worden in zeer veel toepassingen ingezet voor lineaire verplaatsingen. Het gamma is quasi oneindig en dit zowel naar materiaalkeuze als naar afmeting toe.
Voor lichte toepassingen zijn de tandheugels in POM of Polyketone interessant : hun gewicht is lager dan de alternatieven in brons, staal of inox en met de juiste dimensionering kan er toch een lange levensduur gerealiseerd worden.
Vermeldenswaard is nog de optie om een schuine vertanding te kiezen waarmee de speling wordt gereduceerd en dus een hogere precisie bereikt.
