Broche à vis à billes
Description
Les vis trapézoïdales et les vis à billes sont destinées à convertir un mouvement rotatif en un mouvement linéaire ou exceptionnellement l'inverse : conversion d'un mouvement linéaire en un mouvement rotatif (recommandée uniquement pour des pas plus importants, à partir de 1/3 du diamètre nominal).
En raison de la friction de roulement plus faible, les vis à billes ont un rendement plus élevé (jusqu'à 98 %), nécessitent une puissance d'entraînement inférieure et ne sont pas auto-freinantes.
Les informations supplémentaires requises pour le choix sont: la version (forme) de l'écrou, la précision du pas, la longueur et, si nécessaire, les détails de la finition.
Les vis à billes sont sensibles à la saleté et aux charges de choc élevées, mais si elles sont suffisamment protégées et régulièrement lubrifiées avec de la graisse, elles atteignent une très longue durée de vie.
