Kogelomloopspindels
Omschrijving
Trapezoidale spindels en Kogelomloop spindels zijn bedoeld om een roterende beweging in een lineaire beweging om te zetten of uitzonderlijk ook omgekeerd: omzetting van een lineaire beweging in een roterende (alleen aanbevolen bij grotere spoed, beginnend bij 1/3 van de nominale diameter).
Vanwege de lagere rolwrijving hebben kogelomloopspindels een hoger rendement (tot 98%), vereisen ze een lager aandrijfvermogen en zijn ze niet zelfremmend.
Verdere informatie die vereist is voor de keuze zijn : de versie (vorm) van de moer, de spoednauwkeurigheid, de lengte en, indien nodig, de details van de eindafwerking.
Kogelomloopspindelaandrijvingen zijn gevoelig voor vuil en hoge schokbelastingen maar indien voldoende beschermd en regelmatig voorzien van vetsmering, bereiken ze een zeer lange levensduur.
