VFD series - ALU
Description
The VFD series from Clean-Geartech is an aluminium reduction gearbox with a completely smooth housing. You can choose the appropriate reduction gearbox in combination with the motor via the configurator .
Features:
- Available in 5 housing sizes, suitable for torques up to 350Nm.
- Standard hollow bore sizes: 14 mm to 35 mm, with optional sizes available on request.
- Material for hollow shafts: Cast iron or AISI 316L stainless steel.
- Protection class: available as IP66 with standard or Viton seals, or IP69K with double shielded seals.
- Atex certification available.
Applications:
Ideal for applications that are in close proximity to the processed product and require regular cleaning with basic cleaning procedures, such as:
- Meat and poultry processing
- Fish and seafood processing
- Fruit and vegetables
- Dairy production
- Marine environments
