AM Series

Description

The AM series contains 3 types of CPUs:​ 

  • PLC AM320
  • Motion Controller AM521 & AM522
  • Advanced Motion controller: AM600

The AM320, AM521, and AM522 controllers are compact, high-performance controllers. Programming is based on CODESYS. 
A PLCOpen library is available for motion control.​

Supported communication protocols include:

  • Modbus RTU
  • Modbus TCP
  • EtherCAT
  • Ethernet IP
  • CANopen
  • OPC-UA

The CPUs can generate CAM and interpolation motion profiles for easy axis control.


The AM600 Motion Controller can control up to 32 drives via the EtherCAT bus with built-in PLC functionality. Programming is also based on CODESYS.

The same communication protocols as the compact controllers are supported.
