Stepper motor with integrated electronics

Description

The closed loop JVL stepper motor or stepper contains all the necessary electronics in the housing of the motor itself. This ensures easy installation, fewer cables and a compact product. The MIS series is available from NEMA 17 to NEMA 43 with a torque of 0.8 Nm to 25 Nm. The stepper motors can be supplied with different M12 connectors depending on the application. The RS485 interface and built-in PLC are standard, and you can also choose CANopen, Profinet, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, Powerlink or MODBUS.

Options:
  • IP65-protection: suitable for use in dusty and humid environments.
  • Absolute multiturn encoder: for accurate position determination, even after power failure.
  • Safe Torque Off (STO) function: ensures safe torque shutdown in emergencies.
  • Gear: available in variants such as planetary, worm gear and bevel gears.
