Bansbach Easylift is a German manufacturer of high-quality gas springs and hydraulic lift systems. Due to a thorough strategy to focus on industrial applications and especially custom production, this is a great partner for Act In Time. Gas springs are often apparently simple products, but if you are looking for the right movement behavior using a gas spring, there is more to it than expected and the possibilities are also much wider than generally known. For example, by taking into account the progressivity or a certain end damping of the gas spring, a suitable solution can be designed for many applications. Bansbach's strength is that they are not so much the supplier of the gas springs that are available off the shelf, but are happy to contribute to those projects where the custom-made gas spring is the solution.


Their certification to supply to the aviation sector is also unique. Their gas springs are the only ones that can handle large temperature differences without losing excessive strength. This is an example of Bansbach's quality and know-how, which also applies to other industries.

Each gas spring is fully configurable to the needs of each project, both for single pieces and for large series purchases. In addition, it is possible to have a device or machine examined and adjusted in the test laboratory until a 100% suitable gas spring has been designed. In many cases this is particularly practical, because it is not always easy to theoretically determine the suitable damping, pulling force or pushing force for the highest quality.
