BLDC motor to drive mixer
A cosmetic producer needed a drive for a mixer in a production line. This was needed to keep lip balm warm and in movement.
The solution we proposed was a brushless DC motor 60W with a gearbox reducer and corresponding controller with speed control.
Technical specifications;
- 60W motor with gearbox reducer ratio 20
- Torque 3,6Nm (peak 7,2Nm) / max speed 200 tr/min
- Flange 80x80
- Speed control on 230V
Key benefits:
- IP66 with stainless steel axle, no protection needed
- Because of the absence of cooling fins the unit is easily cleanable
- Direct control by the operator on the driver or with a PLC
